As an established Instructor we recognize that you already have significant teaching experience and adapting this to the PADI system of education should be an interesting and enjoyable experience. The PADI IDC is made up of 2 distinct components; the Assistant Instructor (AI) Course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program. The crossover requires you to only participate in the OWSI portion of the program but we do invite all crossover candidates to join for the whole IDC if you prefer.
